This nozzle kit has proven to be a good replacement for the overly complicated, easily broken "safety tips" on my Scepter brand gas cartridges. I have had 2 Zepter gas canisters and 1 other brand of gasoline with the same spring loaded spouts; and the sealing mechanism broke on all of them, rendering them useless and actually less secure than their intended security feature. This flexible spout costs a little more for such a simple product. However, this fixed the problem with my Scepter glasses. It didn't match the other gas can, which had a large lug nut. So while I find this spout a bit overpriced, I'll probably be buying another one soon - just to end my frustration with my only remaining broken gas can. The recent tropical storms left us without power for several days; and filling a generator through a broken spout is just too dangerous and time consuming.
