The team at Grab Green's response to other reviews is fake. I bought this product and have used it with great results. When it was over I bought another pack. The last wash of the first bag was immaculate and the glasses and cutlery sparkled. The next wash was from a new bag. Everything in the dishwasher was coated in a white powdery substance that looked like fine sandpaper. After 5 hours of manual scrubbing, I was only able to remove the most stubborn residue. My crockery and cutlery look terrible. I can't even clean my stainless steel pans. I went to the grocery store and bought 2 gallons of distilled water. I thought it might break up the movie. It didn't help. Then I went to the hardware store and asked about products for dishwasher descaling. The product I purchased did an excellent job of cleaning the dishwasher but is not recommended for dishes. There was another product on the shelf that seemed to help. It's called "LemiShine". The powder was washed off in one wash, but there's a slight sandpaper feel to the dishes. I hope this goes away with time. I bought dishwashing liquid from another brand and after a few loads everything is fine. So don't believe their false claims about hard water.
