I cannot contact Gem Stone King in any way. The ring is too big. I tried going back to enter the size after receiving the check. Looks like they just shipped the biggest thing they had. I don't know how to exchange. No paperwork followed. The quality of the ring is excellent. I wanted a size 7 but got a 9 and the finger isn't that big!
