Good idea, bad execution

Had the film change completely blue and as soon as my hand touched it it turned white. But that's all covered up now. After cutting and applying, the color does not change. Mainly because it is fundamentally understandable. The back of the paper is white, which makes the color change easier to see. But once the white backing is gone, good luck seeing the change
