Very poor performance. Grainy and LOTS of noise in low light.

I received this product as a replacement for my Elgato Camlink 4k in combination with my Sony A6000 with Sigma f1.4 16mm to work with. So I can give the Elgato Camlink 4k for my wife's blog/business/personal use because from the question I asked the Canon EOS M200 does not output 1080p60 with this video capture card. Elgato Camlink 4k does it, Canon EOS M200 does it automatically compared to Sony. The first time I used it I was happy with the purchase. The video capture card looks sharp during my Zoom, Teams, and Slack video conference. During the normal California summer hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, the first international meeting with the device. Such a low light environment and only "simple/cheap" video lighting during a call. My colleagues across the Pacific noticed the poor quality of my video. Grainy, noisy and very blurry. I checked my software settings to see if hardware acceleration was disabled and if my graphics drivers were crashing. After the meeting, I ran a typical low-performance troubleshooter. No issues were found so the next step is the product itself. I connected Camlink 4k and made a test call with my colleague. It was clear, and I noticed that I was clear too (when you enter a meeting, you'll see yourself in full screen). So I installed OBS and Discord on my work machine because both programs hate cheap video capture devices. I immediately noticed the grainy, noisy quality of the video my colleague was watching. I reconnected Camlink 4k, the difference is NIGHT-DAY, I see clear AF. I am returning this product because I need a device that will work in all conditions, not just ambient light. So my advice to you if you have an entry level setup like mine. Skip it and buy the Elgato Camlink 4k for 1080p60, or if you need 1080p30 or less get $15 standard USB video capture devices, they're good too. this letter) and Sony A6000 with Sigma f1.4 16mm.
