As the title says, I can wear them all day. I could wear them 1 full day and then my legs would definitely need a break. They are very light and airy and the sole protects my foot. It almost feels like I'm not wearing shoes. Good for a river day or a rocky camping hike. Maybe even when visiting the water park. Unfortunately, the heel of the shoes doesn't sit firmly enough and sometimes slips up and down the heel, which causes some rubbing. But they work for short trips. Also, the insole falls out when I take my foot out of each shoe.
