Product arrived with no physical damage or cosmetic defects. I have found that many people say the nozzle tube is overpriced for the quality the manufacturer offers. One part is true and the other part is not. The tube is strong enough and heat resistant. I used it with a soldering iron set to 380 degrees Celsius and desoldered an 87 key mechanical keyboard. Personally, that's enough for me, even if the price is too high. If you do a lot of soldering you will understand what John W. covered in his review.
