Great knives, especially for the price. I grew up in the restaurant business and we sold many Victorinox knives to bars and restaurants in downtown New York. We advised clients on a budget to prefer these expensive German knives and they held up very well and stayed sharp. I have just replaced my Victoriox set which I have had for over 20 years! They still cut, but are finally getting a bit dull. The handles may seem a bit flimsy, but they are non-slip and very durable. This item comes highly recommended.
