Deposits are missing. stains/dirt.
These high quality boots arrived with no insole/insole. Also, one of the boots had oil stains that I couldn't remove. Unfortunately I unpacked them in front of my 9 year old who loves them so I won't be sending them back. We went to the drug store and bought pads for $20 and now they fit as expected.

- Lack of durability. The materials used in the construction of the KEEN Greta unisex children's mid-calf winter boots are not strong enough to withstand the harsh winter conditions, causing the boots to wear out quickly.
