Excellent image quality, fast zoom, correctly synchronized with autofocus.
The only thing I don't like is that the weight of the lens is about twice that of the camera. I understand why with all the necessary glass, but Olympus does wonders with their professional lenses in this weight class. I think the 40-150mm zoom is the best place for most 4/3 photos. I hope Olympus releases a new premium camera soon to support the company.
