Shipped disassembled and missing bolts. I had to go to the hardware store to buy the screws holding the bushing. After assembly (easy assembly) the jack did not lift my bike. Had to pump more than fifty (50) times to lift the bike. My bike weighs less than 500 pounds, and according to the manufacturer, 500 pounds was easy to lift. used twice before calling revane to complain and return the jack. There was a credit for half the price because I had waited over 30 days to get it back. I wish the actual jack hydraulics weren't so bad as the jack itself is very strong and durable.
