The delivered goods do not correspond to the illustration in the photos. Pay attention to the photo which shows that there is no additional metal strip between the glass and the brushed nickel top (advertising fake). The installation instructions were terribly useless. It's not just the translation that makes it bad, but the images don't help as they aren't labeled which fragment they belong to (labeled for images only - which is already obvious). The "screws" are also completely unusable (see picture). How do you screw them in? In the end it's just flat. The ceiling mount that came with the unit is not designed for American homes (3.5") as it only fits 4.5" mounts so it had to be bent to work properly. The remote control UI is absurd. There are 3 different lights for the device, each time you turn it on/off, it will change to a different light color. It is not possible to always set it to one light. 4 buttons for different times to exit, who needs that? Very bad design, lack of vision and poor execution. I hate having this thing in my house. Contact seller for additional parts? Why the heck not just ship the correct/standard parts first?
