super easy! good for kitchen and dining room
I am a professional chef and this is the best quick knife sharpener I have ever used. I use it every day. Once you've set the angle in degrees, most of the time all you need to do is use a honer and your knife will be super sharp again. Easy to use. I'll get some more. The price is also unbeatable. I've used many, many different types of sharpeners, but this is my favorite hand sharpener.
