I would love this product but I can't tell you how many hours I've spent fixing the print quality, error messages and returned toner. I accidentally bought this brand of toner when the error message for drums disappeared. After installing a new toner and the error message that still pops up, I realized I needed drums nee. Then I ordered them. When I got it I installed the old toner and then put it in as I never need new toner and I sometimes got a triple mirror image of red, blue, black and even green. Then I apply a new toner and the same. I emailed the company and they emailed me multiple times resulting in them telling me to return both items and there was nothing more they could do to help. So as a last resort I ordered a new brand of toner as I keep buying a different brand of toner as I certainly can't afford Brother toners at the volume I print. When the native toner arrived, the same problem arose. So I sent the ezlink drums and toner back as the return period had expired. I ended up going with Brother drums because I could literally go another minute or a day (it took several weeks) and they arrived, and both brands of toner I'm printing beautifully now. So if your print quality is a mirror image, I'd try Brother brand drums!
