I returned it after one ride in this jacket. "Strong metal zippers" are actually oversized plastic zippers, which isn't a deal breaker, but it's also not preferred. The rear vents do not work and there are no front vents to power the rear vents. The thickness of the skin varied greatly. The removable thermal pad is useless and poorly made (but it has two fairly large pockets), as are the deformed armor pieces that came with the jacket. In fact, the jacket could not be worn with armor. If you're buying this and want armor, be sure to invest in good quality armor and discard the pieces that come with it. Mesh lining has no pockets. The fit was hit or miss, the bust and waist were perfect, but the shoulders and cuffs were gone, the sleeves were too baggy, and the neck opening measured 18 inches in circumference, making it a little looser than I would have preferred , as I prefer a snug fit. However, the leather was quite thick at the impact points and I felt completely safe in it. I liked the aesthetics of the jacket and for the money it is of decent quality. If you're looking for a quality control jacket that comes in the likes of Roland Sands it's not the choice for you, but as a starter jacket to be replaced after a few seasons the price is hard to beat.
