So I kept my old review just to show what happened initially and my first thoughts on the product where I gave it a 3 star rating. Now it's 5 stars because the company contacted me to personally confirm that I received the controller with 2 motors running. They definitely surprised me when within 2 days I received another controller and it was supposed to run motors. So far it seems to be working as advertised and overall it's an easy controller to use. I bought it primarily for a PC so setting it up is as easy as plugging into a USB socket, but if you need Bluetooth you'll need to press and hold the Select and Home buttons for a few seconds until the display lights up The light on the upper parts of the controller flashes, and then it is in pairing mode. This initially required some initial setup research, but that's how a licensed PS4 controller works, so it's nothing special. Overall great customer service when things go wrong and you will be pleased with the quality and overall feel of the controller itself. . The only difference is that the touchpad is a click and you move the joysticks, but that's fine and the buttons aren't the same design as the official PS4 controllers, but it's just a knit of fussy stuff. So it's good, but also a good investment for a cheaper controller option. Below is an old review if you decide to read it. (OLD review) Overall a good controller but only one motor is included whether you get a replacement or not. . So they lie and say it's a dueling engine. It's a controller only, so I can't see the motor. The rest is OK.
