These sleeves are awesome. I bought these for the carpal tunnel on both wrists. They don't help much on really bad days, but I have braces for that. I bought these sleeves mainly for sleeping at night as suspenders are uncomfortable. I have fairly small wrists and this makes it difficult to find a good product. I have tried many different products (including expensive sleep products) but this is by far the best for sleep. I can sleep well. rest without discomfort. HOWEVER, many people have had issues with thumb holes, myself included. They are a decent size but due to the compression they were too tight on my thumbs. However, a few days after they arrived, the Sparthos team emailed me to see how I liked the sleeves and to ask if there was a way to do it. be improved. They no longer bother my thumbs and don't put too much pressure on me. I'm so glad I didn't give up and took her advice. This is a long review but hopefully it helps others!
