You cannot expect treatment to replace a healthy lifestyle. But he can greatly expand it, and this one is truly exceptional. It's easy to use considering I have a lot of experience with apps, but I found it very user-friendly, not confusing, I find it small to medium semi-finished. A flexible plastic or better silicone kitchen spatula is usually the best - my favorite - tool for applying the mask. All in all a great product. If I were making another spa I would buy it in bulk!
