My husband works outside a lot and needs constant access to his smartphone. Now that the cold had set in, his hands were badly cracked and red from the cold. He usually cannot wear gloves because they are often too thick and bulky for his work and also make it difficult to use a smartphone. So I asked him to try these winter gloves. They were listed as suitable for driving and cycling, so I expected them to be snug and thin enough to encourage dexterity. It was also assumed that they would have a touch screen. My husband was excited to try them. He liked how the gloves looked and felt. They have zips that reach the back of the wrist and fit snugly around the gloves. The touchscreen fingertips worked really well for my husband when he needed to use his smartphone. The gloves we received at X-Large fit my husband's hand perfectly and are comfortable to wear. The gloves also kept his hands warm as he's been outside for the past week. The only issue he found was that the gloves weren't as thin as I would have liked, and definitely not as thin as regular car or bike gloves. However, they fit quite snugly and are far less bulky than any other gloves he owns. He still has to take off one of the gloves sometimes to tamper with his phone or do some work that requires more dexterity, but he's glad he can wear these gloves at least part of the day to keep his hands warm.
