First of all I love dogs and I have a dog in me. Dogs are amazing creatures. Man is the problem when it comes to barking. I have neighbors who have dogs who prefer to leave them outside unattended for most of the day. Dogs bark at anything, anytime. Their owners don't seem to be able to fix the problem. This is a type of harsh, screeching bark that is really annoying and impossible to ignore. As soon as you think they're over, they start again and we go through the annoying cycle again. (That's my tirade haha) After months of frustration with this situation we bought this Cortex controller. I was skeptical because I used another brand and it didn't work. This device is absolutely perfect for my situation. Whenever I hear barking I turn this thing on and within 30 seconds or a minute the barking stops. Sometimes dogs check this for a few seconds, but not for long. I don't leave it on all the time just until I'm sure everything is ready. All information in the instructions for using the house is correct for my situation.
