Review on ๐Ÿฃ 10 Inch Sashimi Sushi Knife - Ultimate Tool for Sushi & Sashimi, Fish Filleting & Slicing - High Precision Stainless Steel Blade & Wooden Handle in Traditionally Crafted Box by Wendy Parks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great beginner knife for sushi, a bit of TLC makes it great.

Great tool for the price. The incline is excellent. There was one area that had a slight grinding issue. The knife profile also has a problem at the tip. And the butt of the blade is very square and rough. The blade is quite sharp, but I recommend sharpening it for an even edge. (Some parts are a bit sharper than others.) All at a price that's hard to complain about. A little care and it becomes a great knife. Grind the tip profile to keep the profile smooth. A small grinding issue is okay, I didn't notice any problems with the cutting. Round the back a bit for comfort (not really a knife you'll ever press on the back, but I still plan on rounding the back). For an entry level sushi I couldn't find better quality at this price point.
