Works well with used engine oil. When pumping, some oil gets on the piston rod, a little, but more than is needed for lubrication. Polyethylene tubing is pretty cheap and flimsy, but it works. A nice addition is a metal spout with a locking pin that keeps it in the bin. If it fails I will replace it with a suitable rubber fuel line. Fills a 5 gallon container with 5-30 oil in a short amount of time. Easy to pump viscous liquids. Pay attention to the position of the lever pin during assembly. There are two openings, one for liquids and one for thick liquids. Exactly what I needed.
