The sound is impressive, but some may have trouble getting the full experience as the headsets don't adjust at all to maintain proper head pressure to transmit sound. I've found that I have to crank everything almost to the max just to hear and enjoy, especially at work (desk work where only co-workers talk to others about the room. Not that loud). But the best thing is the sound when making calls. A lot of BTs have issues with their mics, but the sound is always great. In this case, the sound from the microphone is almost perfectly clear, so you don't repeat what you're saying. There is still room for improvement but I would recommend it to those trying to find a great BT system for their phone.
