No more annoying peeling of potatoes.

Great little paring knives. They are very sharp and cut my work in half. The price was great. I know Walmart has a thing called a potato peeler for a few bucks, but the quality has gone down a lot. It broke on the second use and wasn't even sharp; I can not believe it. I use these little knives for everything: peeling, slicing, dicing. Anyone who works a lot in the kitchen needs the best cookware. I highly recommend them.
