Best knives I've ever used

I bought the smaller handleless Santoku and Nakiri from WoodCraft and made my own out of some Bubinga I had on hand. Bought this for myself and another small Santoku and Nakiri for Christmas gifts. Everyone had pens. The instructions say you can sharpen with steel, but I would only use waterstones for damascus style knives. They are very beneficial.
