These wicks are GREAT! I was worried it would be cheap filament that would burn out quickly, but I was wrong. of what I think is cotton, and it has been pre-coated with wax starter which makes it easy to light so you'll never burn your fingers with matches again!They are a good 6" long and a good size for medium to large jars.The drilled sticks for holding the wicks were a nice surprise and they were a lot less difficult than my attempts at holding the wick with paperclips (when I was new to needlework I overcomplicated EVERYTHING. The sticker held my wick well when I poured the wax. 5 out of 5. (I Will add photos next time I use them; I was so engrossed in my craft that I forgot to take photos this time! Oops!)
