I like the ergonomic shape, the index hole and the general feel of the knife. It works better as a skinning knife than a boning knife. It's very spicy! Be careful, this knife is no joke. It's a wavy cut! Kudos to the marketer and manufacturer, but these aren't disposable blades. Be warned: This is a carbon steel blade with a matching handle that won't last very long in the dishwasher. Wash it with soap and water, towel dry it and oil it up quickly! Don't let the air touch the blade longer than necessary! I like the oil spray for it. I love this knife!
