Pockets are missing. But good quality.

In general, these bags are of good quality, functionality and security in relation to the quality / price ratio. However, customer service is lame. I called during business hours...no answer, no reply. I ordered a set of front and rear bags, only the front ones came. It was two weeks ago. A good product. Bad service.
