Review on Xerox Phaser 6600/ WorkCentre 6605 Yellow High Capacity Toner Cartridge (6 by Bogdan Swizzle

We were very pleased to receive the goods two days before the estimated delivery date. However, as soon as we connected the first one, the printer showed a chip error message. We've followed the reset and reseat instructions several times but it didn't get detected. Then we opened and tried the second. The same error message appeared on the printer screen. We also noticed that these cartridges are not new as they had scratches and scuffs visible on the outside. You could say they are not new (see photos for yourself) which is not fair as we bought and paid for new ones. This is unprofessional on the part of the seller as we as a business depend on this ink and are now stuck with returns and frowns from our customers. Guess what! This seller just lost a trusted customer.
