When I first saw this review on YouTube I thought it was a joke. Now that I have one, let me tell you it's not. I installed this on my Makita 8" small saw and have only used it a couple of times so can't speak to durability but it works GREAT! I've used it to cut 2" pipe and it goes through almost as quickly. like my other saw fitted with diablo wood blades cuts through 2x4. It's fast, cuts amazingly clean, leaves a very clean, smooth, burr-free cut, and can be handled immediately after the cut with almost no heat other than sparks. Sparks are hot, gloves would be a good idea, as well as long sleeves and eye protection. Can be used in a handheld circular saw and costs just over $30 even if you only use it a few times a year. You will not regret it!
