Or peel a tomato so thinly that I can read a newspaper through the skin. Or dice the onion and then don't need a plaster. I swear I thought I was about to hear a symphony accompanied by angels singing. This purchase was not easy for me, but now I can say with confidence that these Wüsthof Classic knives and a good maple cutting board were two of my best investments. Not only has it made my life easier, but it has really helped bring the joy of cooking back.
