Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good. Not bad? about automotive and automotive electronics

I don't use AM/FM so my review doesn't address that other than to say this: The first two channels I tried were static. It is located in the Eastern Bay Area of California. Previously, these two channels were solid. On a day-to-day basis it doesn't bother me, but let's be honest, if it were possible to pull such a strip off a non-motorized aluminum rod that's less than 1/4 the OEM height, I'm pretty good. I'm sure Ford engineers would agree. The OEM is a meter long for a reason. So don't be fooled, due to the laws of RF detection, your reception will suffer. Outside of say Los Angeles or downtown Atlanta. They could do smooth processing with copper coil windings under carbon textured epoxy with the same design and greatly increase their range. Anyone involved in the antenna industry should know that aluminum isn't really the best option. Material. All of this is to say that I just wanted my stupid whip antenna to go away. It handled it. Looks stylish, build quality is excellent. No change in Sirius or Bluetooth functionality. It looks killer and does what I want. 5/5 But if you're tuning in to Country 101 for Wayne Newton's lesson in the land of the gods, stick with the stock.
