Review on EBC Brakes GD7328 3GD πŸ”˜ Series Sport Rotor with Dimples and Slots by Vinny Howard

Deformed after a few thousand miles

I used these front brake discs on my 2008 Honda Odyssey along with EBC Brakes DP71743 7000 Series Greenstuff SUV Supreme Compound front brake pads. I'm towing a camper trailer behind an Ody and have had several incidents that required heavy braking. I've never experienced better braking performance from these discs and pads than the stock ones, which also warped (ie the discs). I've also noticed a tick tick tick noise with the windows down, not sure if it's blowing air between the vents and pads or something, but I've never heard this noise before when adjusting the bearing. I wouldn't recommend these discs as far as the pads go, they seem good, never squeaking or shedding a lot of brake dust. I am currently considering replacing the rotors at http://www.amazon.com/Centric-Parts-120-40064-Premium-E-Coating/dp/B000IY4AKE/ref=au_as_r?ie=UTF8&Make=Honda%7C59&Model=Odyssey. %7C756&Year=2008%7C2008&carId=013&n=15684181&s=automotive&vehicleType=7 Centric Parts 120.40064 E-coated premium brake disc and Akebono ACT1089 ProACT ultra-premium ceramic brake pad set. We'll see what happens, but based on Revain's feedback, this should be a good setup for the Odyssey.
