I've had them for a month now and they warn me almost every day. They are comfortable and true to size. There is no mark identifying the type of leather or lining material. I'm guessing deerskin based on the weight, but who knows. The same applies to the lining, which is very thin. However, they are very comfortable to ride and in temperatures below 20. The wrist circumference could be narrower to protect against wind. I suspect they are made in some foreign country from what were then the cheapest materials. Therefore, it is difficult to recommend them. I'm happy with what I got.
