Review on Convenience Concepts Oxford 5 Tier Bookcase Furniture by Laura Ramos

The finished bookshelf looks very unusual. Instructions to match the case Impossible. I ordered three bookcases, the first bookcase took an hour and a half to assemble, the second bookcase took 45 minutes and arrived with a broken side cross. I used parts from the third bookshelf to make the second bookshelf work. My third bookshelf had boards that had no holes. I contacted the company to get a new side board for bookshelf 2 and a new board for bookshelf 3. I also need 2 large cameras (Part D) for bookshelf 3. I emailed on Wednesday at 7:45am. They ask to get back to you within 2-3 days. I tried to call at 7pm on Friday night and left a voice message. I'm still waiting for a few helpers. When I receive the parts the bookshelf will look nice and match what I have. They need to work on the instructions but other than that they might be ok. Only rated 2 stars due to headaches and 66% problems. 2 out of 3 bookshelves had bad parts so it was not possible to assemble the bookshelves. And because I'm still waiting for an answer from the company. I'm sure they will reply next week so give them the right to doubt.
