Review on 🔪 Wusthof Classic IKON Hollow Edge Santoku Knife - 5-Inch, Black Stainless Steel by Barbara Khabeer

I didn't realize that the hollow edge on my Ikon cream knives (the one with the hollow edge) has any effect on cut food not sticking. Still, I LOVE these knives. This one fits my daily needs perfectly and is the one I use the most. The only other comment I have is that I received the 7 piece set as a wedding gift and the handle of the santoku is slightly different than the rest of the set. Others have smoother plastics, this one seems to have a bit more texture. Not sure if it's intentional or maybe because the items were purchased several years apart. Or, in case one or the other is fake, lol, the grip color is a bit darker too. but you can't tell unless you look for the difference
