This Cangshan knife is just as good, if not better, than any German or Japanese knife.

I don't often write reviews, but this Cangshan knife blew me away in every way. The quality and value far exceeded my expectations. Now I realize that I spent many years with famous knives like Shun and Global. This Cangshan knife is as good if not better than any German or Japanese knife I've ever used, but at a fraction of the cost.
