I had high hopes for this because I wanted to breathe easier while swimming. I could also just use a regular whistle which would be easier! Breathing in seems a bit difficult, but not impossible. Exhaling, however, is so difficult that it is useless! I can't even exhale all the air before I have to take another breath! You have to blow hard to push the air out and then there will be a lot of bubbles right in your face/eyes! If I had known about it I would not have bought it because it was quite expensive.
