.It absolutely *cannot* not* recline 130° as advertised unless the seat of the chair is your zero axis. If so, and the back of the chair is at a 90° angle, then yes, I could see it. But even so, it definitely doesn't recline more than 40° off-axis. We bought this chair for an office colleague who has a neck problem. The 400 pound weight mount and 130° incline were the main draws for us; However, as you can see in the photo of the respawn chair next to my Corsair chair, my chair reclines an absolutely solid 80° + from 0°, but the respawn chair can be 40° at best. Needless to say, we're more than slightly disappointed that the chair doesn't recline as advertised.
