I wear these bags on a 1982 Nighthawk. The style fits well and the size is spot on. The pockets look well made from decent materials, although the back showed some wear after the first ride. The laces are ok but I'm looking for a more secure way to tie the bags together on the bike too. They're light enough to tip over in a crosswind with nothing in them, but there are lugs on the bottom of the inner surface so securing them to the frame should help. A better mount would be nice, but given the price and the flip design, I can spend a little time looking for solutions. The double buckle system is good. There are no castles. The top overlaps the bottom a bit but I think some water will seep in if you ride in the rain.
