Good basic brush. That's a good weight. On the lighter side, but still pretty heavy. Its appearance is a black handle with a shiny stripe connecting the bristles to the handle. The bristles are black with a thinner white tip. This is a full size brush. Its length from the tip of the bristle to the base of the brush is about 8 inches. Not one I would definitely use for travel because it's not compact. The bristles are soft and thin at the top. It's almost a straight brush. Something comes in on the sides. It differs from my favorite blush brush, which is not cut at an angle. It's not as thick as my favorite blush brush. In use, this brush worked very well. What I have noticed is that my blush has gotten lighter. For me I liked it. I found the blush to be more manageable. It was soft and I could feel the thicker part of the brush sliding down my cheeks and the thinner part sliding down my cheeks. The final test was to clean the brush. I used a makeup brush cleaner, cleaned it and then rinsed it out. Very well cleaned and washed. The stubble didn't come out. It dried to its natural form and was ready to use again.
