This is exactly what I wanted and it fits like it wasn't meant to be messed with, it's a straight screw and it will come with all hardware delivered. I have tried the iron holder with 4 different irons, they all even fit the big American irons I have. The sponges are good quality and the spool holder is large enough for 2 spools to hold a full 1lb spool and a spool with a 25 or 50 yard solder wick. I bought a box of 1/4 x 20 vise screws and they are just for decoration and they fit better than the ones that come with the vise and stainless steel.
