They work great, here is the procedure for most Dodge vehicles they work with. (Worked fine on a 2000 Durango and my 2002 Dodge 3500). Procedure #1 Step-by-step programming guide: Insert the key in the ignition switch and turn the ignition to the ON position (just before starting). PRESS and HOLD UNLOCK on the remote for four (4) to ten (10) seconds. Hold the UNLOCK button, PRESS the PANIC button for one (1) second and RELEASE both buttons at the same time. A beep will sound for three (3) seconds to indicate programming mode has been entered. PRESS any button on the same remote until you hear another beep indicating the remote has been successfully reprogrammed. This step MUST be completed within 30 seconds of hearing the first beep in step 3. Within the next 30 seconds, PRESS any button on the next remote to be programmed to your vehicle.
