Review on 🔪 Brooklyn Knife Co. Chef Knife - Seigaiha Series: Exquisite 8-Inch High Carbon Steel Blade by Dorvin Hawk

I'm a chef at a very prestigious restaurant in North Carolina. I bought this chef's knife to use at home and to complement my other fine knives. The presentation was incredible. Black box with shiny stainless steel blade. The handle is not only beautiful, but also very comfortable. A pearl-like inlaid stone accentuates it. The knife isn't heavy or bulky and I felt it had the perfect balance. A knife can be difficult for a small hand to use. You can tell BNC takes pride in their product. I would give it a 5 but was a bit disappointed with the sharpness. Spicy, but not super spicy as expected. Had to use my 15 degree sharpener to get it perfect. I am planning to buy another one for my daughter when she moves into her new home.
