#1 To install the throttle cable you must loosen the 2 screws that hold the throttle cable cover in place. The lousy phillips head screws started to loosen before they could be unscrewed and had to use a vise to unscrew them was also difficult because of a small frying pan shaped screw head behind them. I was able to use factory screws from an old carb that were brass for the installation. #2: The tank nipple on the new carburetor was bigger than the original, the old fuel line didn't fit and broke when tightened, new fuel line fitted, engine started immediately, purred like a kitten, and needed no tuning for my stock Honda 400ex 2000
