Poor quality - filter arrived torn, tabs broken

I love my Bissell vacuum and wanted to replace the filter which was no longer as clean. These replacement filters are of terrible quality. The filter was torn with very weak glue holding it to the plastic. The plastic tabs on one of the two filters were also broken and fell out when I opened the plastic. I will order an original Bissell filter that will last as long as the original filter.
