I bought a PYT iron in May 2020 and after a few weeks I started having nutritional problems. At first I thought I had set the time wrong and it turned itself off automatically. Then I discovered that something was wrong with the power cord. I plugged it into an outlet and it wouldn't turn on. I tried plugging it into different outlets around my house to make sure it wasn't my outlet, so I knew it was the cord. I have to seal it with duct tape and wrap some rubber bands around it to turn on the iron. If I move the cord a little, it turns off. I don't know what to do. I really need another one, I can't use this iron anymore. If it works, great!
