I bought it as headphones for zoom communication and listening to music at work. One of the key criteria was to work with two devices (phone + computer) and the headphones failed this function a little less than completely. If the headphones are connected to two devices (laptop + phone), they constantly make a crackling sound, it is impossible to listen to music like that. This is a known problem (as it turned out), a lot of correspondence on forms, including Bose itself. Firmware is coming out, things are still there. The most disgusting thing is that you can control your ears (connection settings and every little thing) only from your phone, that is, if you want to get rid of the problem by simply breaking Bluetooth with your phone, then if you want to fix something (for example, see the release of a new firmware), you will have to do it separately pairing with phone. In addition, if there is a call to the phone when you are in zoom, then the sound control switches and does not always return, you have to turn them off and on again. Otherwise, all the nitpicking - if you just need to connect to the phone and listen to music, you can safely take it.
