First I received a used product. The box was resealed, salt crept onto the power adapter, the remote control was broken, and the remote control screen was scratched. I processed the return with Revain but decided to give it a try to see if I liked it from the start. I spent 30 (unsuccessful) minutes trying to get the app to connect to my phone! Then I realized that the remote control doesn't even work. The only button I got to work is the pause/power button. However, it stayed off for the full 2 seconds before turning back on. You can't set the flow, you can't put it in feed mode, you can't change modes. Nothing at all. Basically paper weight $116. Now all I want is a refund instead of a replacement.
