I have to say this is a great product for lazy people like me. While it's far from a set-and-forget-type product, it works great. You must pay attention to your driving conditions and driving style. I mostly ride in 70 degrees Fahrenheit and above so I only used red high temp oil. If you drive regularly, you should check it from time to time to see if you need to make any adjustments. I've also found that most (if not all) of the negative reviews are from people who didn't use it properly. Again, this is NOT a set and forget product, but it will help if you're lazy and/or forgetful about chain maintenance like I am.
